The Wonders of Washington program is an opportunity for youth groups to experience the living classroom of Washington, DC. Your youth will learn about our Nation's history; be able to see and feel the Monuments and Memorials that are essential to the historical backdrop of the city; experience and understand the political processes of our country at the national level; and have fun while doing so! You have your very own tour guide and facilitator! Your Program Assistant is a young adult, who is a licensed DC tour guide. He/she will help direct your group to where they need to be, give historical and cultural information about all of the sites you visit, and serve as a role model for your young people. Program Assistants will be your go-to person for anything you need during your Wonders of Washington program.
